No casual drop-ins. This is a working agreement: you bring effort, we bring direction.


How It Works
1. Quick consult (15 minutes)
We clarify your goal, timeline, and any constraints. If it’s not a fit, we don’t proceed.
2. Pay and lock your block
10 sessions • $600 prepaid. Commitment first, results second.
3. Schedule and train
Your sessions go in the calendar. You show up, we execute. Adjustments are made based on real data, not feelings.

Ground Rules

48 hours’ notice to reschedule, or the session is forfeited.
No refunds on unused sessions – your time is valuable, so is ours.
